FLUFFY VEGAN PANCAKES (HIGH PROTEIN RECIPE)
If you are looking for a high-protein breakfast option that is tasty, filling and easy to make then pancakes should definitely be on your priority list. Ingredients
- ½ cup gluten-free millet flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup almond milk
- Blueberries (optional)
- Peanut Butter Sauce (optional)
- 1 scoop EVOLVE Performance Plant Protein (Rich Chocolate Flavour)
Instructions
- Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl until the texture forms a batter
- Heat the pan on medium heat and add 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil
- Add the batter onto the pan and cook until batter forms a pancake-like structure
- Flip and cook for 2 to 3 minutes
- Top it off with peanut butter and blueberries (optional)
